CSTL — Recovery Happens 2024

Since 1992, CSTL has proudly sponsored a Pancake Breakfast during the CCAPP’s “Recovery Happens” event at the State Capitol, offering free meals to participants and local residents. The goal was to capture the event with an uplifting tone, highlighting CSTL's involvement and the breakfast, and using music and creative edits to convey a positive, celebratory atmosphere for National Recovery Month and the Sacramento recovery community.
