My responsibilities as PO/BA:

◾ Led the effort in gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed project requirements. Collaborated closely with stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs and objectives.

◾ Developed comprehensive process flowcharts to visualize the project's workflows and procedures. This aided in clear communication and alignment with the development team.

◾ Designed wireframes and prototypes to provide a visual representation of the system's user interface and functionality. This served as a crucial reference for both developers and stakeholders.

◾ Maintained open and effective communication with our in-house development team. Ensured that the development process aligned with the defined requirements, and addressed any queries or issues promptly.
