ZK, 9 years of experience, is a very relevant candidate for the mission for the following reasons:
· He has solid experience in managing infrastructure and IT transformation programs:
o He led the migration program of AXA's largest European Datacenter in 2024;
o He led the migration roadmap and dependency mapping (the two largest AXA EU entities, 8 perimeters (Cyber defense, AD, Workplace, Distributed, Network, Storage, etc.) (70 technical services)
o He established the migration guidelines and led the review of the target infrastructure architecture
o He structured and managed the migration teams (Project managers, Product owners, technical teams, etc.)
· In addition, he led an infrastructure implementation project at Manutan in 2023:
o He led the target architecture of the new infrastructure and its IS
o He migrated the SAP ERP of several subsidiaries
o He led the RFI, RFP and RFQ phases for the selection of new tools:
ERP, OMS, CRM, EPM and after-sales service tools
o He followed the product teams during the construction/execution of their platform, and the development of global services, and ensured a consistent approach with the entities
· He has a perfect command of the project/program methodology:
o Steering the supply of deliverables (Roadmap, RACI, Planning, Budget)
o Governance and structuring of a project team;
o Management of multidisciplinary teams, business experts or consultants (15 project managers at AXA, 3 project managers and 10 Infra engineers at Manutan, 20 technical managers at Aldi, etc.);
o Organization and planning of the key stages of a project (Scoping, Build, POC, Rollout, GoLive and decommissioning)
o Comitology (Codir, Copil, Decision meeting with sponsor, etc.);
o KPI indicators and reporting;
· And, in particular:
o He is PMP certified and has worked in Agile mode: Scrum and SAFe
o He is Six Sigma certified
o He masters Quality Management
o He masters process management (PLM, Process Optimization)
· He has the ability to manage a "complex environment". He has the agility to constantly approach new subjects and new stakeholders, he has the ability to work within the framework of sometimes tight planning. He has facilitation, negotiation and influence skills to obtain results in a matrix management environment;
