User driven strategy design

Wrote the Adult’s Social Care Strategy for West Sussex County Council. Planning and delivering an extensive co-design process with staff, people who access services, carers and Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) partners to identify the strategic priorities for the strategy. Informed by reviewing and generating data and insights. Delivered within five months and received widespread praise. Also supported public and partnership collaboration on transformation programmes and at staff and strategic level.
