AI Virtual Agent Implementation

One of my exciting contributions was working on the development of an AI virtual agent, where I played a key role in its creation and refining its GPT-powered actions. My work focused on improving the agent's ability to understand user inputs and respond intelligently, simulating human-like conversations. I contributed to fine-tuning the GPT model to ensure it could handle a variety of tasks, from answering queries to assisting with specific actions.
