For the DeepForestry website, I joined the team specifically for the development phase. The UI and visual direction were already defined, and my responsibility was to recreate the entire design in Webflow with high accuracy and clean structure.

Instead of treating the build as a static handoff, I set up the project using the Client-First framework, making the layout scalable and easy to manage internally. I built the main layout using components, so the client can duplicate or modify sections later on without breaking consistency across the site.

The site includes CMS-driven content where dynamic updates are needed, while the rest was structured with custom classes and clean hierarchy. I used custom code where Webflow’s native options were not enough, keeping everything aligned with the original design.

To keep the experience smooth and intentional, I added lightweight animations and interactions that contribute to the flow of the site instead of overwhelming it. I also implemented Calendly for quick contact and booking access directly through the interface. The final site was launched on time, with strong performance, correct SEO setup, and full visual parity with the design files. The team was happy with the flexibility, especially the ability to update sections without developer involvement.
