How do you feel about your onboarding process? Yesterday my day was full of creating new onboarding processes and automation for something new & exciting coming in December🎉✨. And made me think, why not share with you my simplified version of the automated onboarding process🤓. If you’ve ever felt like your onboarding process was taking way too much time and there are too many roadblocks, and silos in your process… … this is for you😊 NOTE: You will still need to do some things manually, e.g. personalize some of the emails and approve them 🛒PURCHASE (initial trigger): I usually use Dubsado proposals to create my landing pages and distribute the link to them. Once purchased the corresponding workflow in Dubsado is triggered. 👋🏻WELCOME: As soon as the Dubsado workflow is triggered canned emails are in a line to be sent with my scheduler, confirmations, reminders, etc. 📝TASK CREATION: Depending on the purchase I have to send additional materials and questioners. That’s why the initial trigger (PURCHASE), also triggers task creation for me so I know what’s on schedule – e.g. sent google drive folder 🗣️COMMUNICATION CHANNELS: For my retainers, I prefer to use slack as the primary communication channel. Once the client is onboard Slack creates automatically communication channel. NOTE: For intensive sessions, I use Voxer, where the client receives my details and is asked to send me a message on the platform (all parts in the welcome sequence) Well, that is in short. It’s not that complicated as long as you have structure and knowledge of the systems. What could you add from your experience? As always if you have any questions about that let’s chat. Also, if you are searching for someone who can help you with that part of your business shoot me a message.
