Client Request“We need a high-precision interface for our aviation maintenance teams to monitor aircraft health in real-time. The system must help engineers identify mechanical faults instantly, track compliance, and provide a definitive flight readiness score to ensure maximum safety before takeoff.”

About ProjectSkyline is an advanced aviation diagnostic dashboard designed for ground crews, engineers, and fleet managers. The platform provides a digital-twin environment where users can perform 360° inspections of aircraft, monitor critical subsystem health, and manage active maintenance faults across a global fleet.

User Challenges Aviation maintenance involves high-stakes data where a single overlooked fault can lead to "AOG" (Aircraft on Ground) status or safety risks. Engineers often struggle with fragmented technical manuals and spreadsheets. There is a vital need to visualize fault severity in context with the aircraft's physical structure and determine if a plane is cleared for dispatch.

Our StrategyWe implemented a spatial-diagnostic strategy, centering the experience around a high-fidelity 3D model of the aircraft. By highlighting problematic components (like engines or avionics) directly on the model, we bridge the gap between digital data and physical repair, allowing for faster triage and decision-making.

Our Solutions360° Digital Twin: Integrated an interactive 3D model that allows engineers to rotate and inspect the aircraft, with "heat zones" that highlight specific mechanical or hydraulic systems experiencing issues.Unified Health Overview: Developed a subsystem monitoring module for Engines, Avionics, and Hydraulics, using clear status tags (Critical, Warning, Normal) to prioritize engineering focus.Intelligent Readiness Scoring: Built a "Readiness & Risk" gauge that calculates a flight readiness percentage based on active faults, providing a clear "Not Cleared" or "Cleared" dispatch recommendation.Active Faults Ledger: Created a high-density fault list categorized by severity and system code, allowing engineers to drill down into specific technical logs with a single click.
