Case Study 01: Two domains, many ways in

Design focus: Information Architecture
Ownership: Structure & Flows
Problem type: Fragmented content into coherent system
Scope: Whole-site structure
Team role: Embedded, agency team
A nonprofit funding research into meditation's physiological effects had a website carrying two kinds of weight — the science it funded and the community forming around it — with content piling up across newsletters, social, and messaging with no structure to hold it.
I mapped the existing architecture, then turned a directional sitemap into a working system: two distinct domains, Research and Community, each with filtered libraries that group content by category and format.
The result keeps the science rigorous for researchers while giving everyone else a real way in, and lets the organization add content for years without restructuring.
Shipped to production after client review and validation.
