Troubleshooting is often a wild-goose change that involves you running around and asking different people in different departments to understand the issue and solve it. This is why many senior engineers say that you need experience to be good at troubleshooting.

Over the past few months, I have worked with subject matter experts at my company to develop a troubleshooting AI Agent that any engineer or operator can use to aid the troubleshooting process.

AI allows us to crystallize the knowledge of our subject matter experts and host it in one place for easy access.
