This project focuses on automating the teaching process using AI-powered tools. Designed to assist educators, the system enables teachers to record classes, generate automatic summaries, assign homework, and schedule lessons seamlessly. By integrating AI-driven automation, the platform enhances the efficiency of online education, allowing teachers to focus more on student engagement rather than administrative tasks.

Challenges
Creating a seamless and engaging user experience for both teachers and students, and ensuring the AI-generated summaries were accurate and helpful, also designing a flexible scheduling system that accomodated different class structures.
Process
Research & Concepting
Conducted interviews with educators to understand their workflows and pain points
Analyzed existing online classroom tools to identify gaps in automation
Defined key features such as AI-powered class summaries, homework automation, and scheduling tools.
UI/UX Design & Prototyping
Created wireframes and prototype in Figma to ensure ease of use
Designed a clean, teacher-friendly dashboard for managing lessons, homework, and schedules
Developed a student interface for accessing assigned tasks and class materials.
Implementation & Testing
Worked closely with developers to integrate AI tools for automatic class summaries
Tested user interactions to refine the assignment and scheduling system
Conducted beta testing with educators for feedback and improvements
Results
50% reduction in administrative workload for teachers through automation
Improved students engagement and organization with structured class schedules
Positive feedback from the beta testers on the efficiency of AI-generated summaries
