For this project, I created a product explainer animation for OrderSharp, a platform designed to eliminate costly order intake errors and streamline vendor fulfillment workflows.

The animation opens by highlighting a common challenge faced by suppliers: losing 2–5% of annual revenue due to order intake mistakes. Through engaging visuals and data-driven storytelling, I illustrated how simple oversights can create operational bottlenecks, trigger constant vendor follow-ups, and consume valuable team resources.

I then showcased how OrderSharp solves these challenges with real-time order visibility, status tracking, multi-level approval workflows, and centralized vendor fulfillment management. Using clean UI animations and seamless transitions, the video demonstrates how the platform improves accuracy, reduces manual effort, and helps teams reclaim up to 20% of their time.

The objective was to transform a complex operational problem into a clear, compelling narrative that positions OrderSharp as the smarter, more efficient way to manage orders and protect profitability.
