Brands Kingdom distributes 80+ global FMCG brands and 450+ products out of Hong Kong, backed by trade relationships built since 1994. This single editorial landing page was built to carry that credibility online and turn trade interest into a direct enquiry.
The Challenge
Distribution is a relationship business, and most sites in the category read like PDF catalogues. The page had to prove scale and longevity to unfamiliar buyers, make a large product portfolio scannable rather than exhaustive, and keep a contact path visible at every scroll depth.
My Role
End to end: UX structure and wireframes, visual design in Figma, and the production build in Next.js deployed on Vercel.
Approach
Editorial layout with a serif-led hero and generous whitespace, signalling heritage rather than commodity trading.
Proof before pitch: founding year, brand count and product count surfaced high on the page as the first credibility signal.
Product range presented as a browsable, category-led grid so buyers can find what they need without scrolling a wall of logos.
A persistent enquiry path: a Get in touch action pinned in the navigation plus contextual calls to action after each proof section.
Performance-first build: static rendering, optimised imagery and responsive typography so the page holds up on mobile.
Tools
Figma, Next.js, Vercel
Outcome
A first impression that does the introducing. Visitors can see who Brands Kingdom represents, what they distribute and how to start a conversation without leaving the page, giving the sales team a link they can send instead of a company profile PDF.
