Le Rambouillet — Redesigning a Premium Concierge Brand and private membership experience for the digital world

Role: Design & Content Strategist (AI-assisted design collaboration)
Client: Le Rambouillet - Private concierge & lifestyle management
Platform: Framer
Scope: Full site audit, design system, information architecture, copywriting, and page-by-page build across 10+ pages

Overview

Le Rambouillet is a private concierge and lifestyle management company serving high-net-worth clients across Los Angeles, London, and Atlanta; private aviation, superyacht charter, real estate sourcing, exclusive event access, and bespoke personal requests, delivered with total discretion.
Le Rambouillet had the proposition of a high-end private membership service, but the digital experience needed to communicate that level of exclusivity, possibility and personal service.

The Challenge

The original site scored around 5.5/10 against its own positioning. A full audit surfaced the core problem: the execution didn't match the exclusivity being sold.
Duplicate membership and consultation forms repeated on nearly every page
A cluttered nine-item service navigation with overlapping categories
Anonymous testimonials, placeholder partner logos, and generic stock photography
Content-heavy layouts that fought against what luxury actually communicates, restraint and whitespace
The brief evolved quickly from "redesign this site" to "build a luxury editorial brand that goes further than the market leader"

Competitive Strategy

Quintessentially was the clear benchmark, so I did a full structural teardown of their site rather than a surface-level style scrape — homepage, service pages, membership page, and their editorial hub, Noted.
Three patterns emerged that shaped everything downstream:
Real client stories over feature lists. Their strongest pages weren't selling services; they were proving capability through specific, numbers-driven case studies.
Shoppable + editorial, not one or the other. Their service pages functioned simultaneously as magazine features and enquiry-generating product catalogues, each sub-service individually presented and individually actionable.
Every page cross-sells every other page. Service pages never dead-end; they close with a genuine, specific pitch for the other services, keeping visitors moving through the full catalogue.

Process

Audit & benchmarking — Full content and UX audit of the existing site; structural teardown of Quintessentially across five page types.
Information architecture — Consolidated a sprawling nine-service nav into five clear pillars: Travel (jets, yachts, itinerary planning), Real Estate, Exclusive Access (events, art & culture), Lifestyle (dining, health, celebrations, education), and Sourcing Request.
Design system — Built a full visual language in rapid HTML prototypes before any Framer work began: navy and warm cream palette (deliberately avoiding the dark-luxury gold cliché), Cormorant Garamond serif paired with Jost sans, thin-rule grid layouts instead of card shadows, restrained scroll-reveal motion.
Copywriting — with a deliberate correction mid-project. Early client-story drafts leaned into manufactured dialogue and tidy narrative arcs ("We called at six. By ten we were boarding...") that read as performed rather than credible. After a direct challenge — "do wealthy people actually talk like that?" — I rewrote every story into a flatter, logistics-forward "case file" register: named specifics (aircraft model, city, timing), no invented quotes, ending on fact rather than emotional payoff. This became the standing voice rule for all client-proof content across the site.

Page Build

Homepage
The homepage was designed to introduce Le Rambouillet as more than a concierge service but as a gateway to a more considered way of living.
The experience moves from a cinematic introduction into the breadth of what membership makes possible, from private travel and exceptional properties to dining, celebrations and access to experiences that are difficult to arrange independently.
Rather than overwhelming visitors with a list of services, the page uses editorial storytelling, immersive imagery and deliberate pacing to create curiosity first, then give the proposition context
Landing Page
Services Page
Le Rambouillet offers access across travel, lifestyle, real estate and beyond. The challenge was presenting that breadth without making the experience feel like a conventional catalogue of services.
The Services page groups each offering into clear areas while giving every service its own sense of character and context. Large imagery, concise copy and editorial pacing make the experience feel closer to exploring a private portfolio than browsing a list.
The result is a page that communicates the range of the membership without losing the sense of discretion and personalisation at its core.
Services are grouped into: Travel, Lifestyle, Access, Real Estate and Sourcing Requests
Services Page
Travel Page
Services/Travel........
Travel was positioned around the idea that the value isn't simply in where you go, but in how the entire experience comes together.
The page brings together private jets and helicopters, yacht charter, bespoke itineraries and other travel arrangements within one cohesive experience. Rather than presenting these as standalone services, the design focuses on the possibilities that open up through membership.
Editorial storytelling, immersive imagery and concise messaging were used to make the page feel aspirational without becoming overly promotional — reflecting Le Rambouillet's approach to travel: personal, seamless and entirely tailored to the member.
Travel Page
Lifestyle Page
The Lifestyle page expands the experience beyond travel, showing how Le Rambouillet can become part of the everyday moments, celebrations and experiences that matter most.
From fine dining and private celebrations to cultural experiences and hard-to-access events, the page presents lifestyle as a collection of possibilities rather than a fixed list of services.
The design uses immersive imagery, editorial composition and concise storytelling to create a sense of discovery, allowing visitors to imagine what membership could make possible before asking them to become a member.
Lifestyle service Page
Real Estate Page
The Real Estate experience was designed around access to properties that aren't necessarily found through conventional searches.
The page introduces property acquisition, private listings and ongoing property management as part of a more personalised approach to finding and managing exceptional homes.
The design keeps the experience understated and editorial, allowing the properties themselves to take centre stage while communicating the level of discretion and service behind each acquisition.
Real Estate service Page
Access Page
The Access page focuses on one of the strongest parts of the Le Rambouillet proposition: making exceptional experiences possible.
From Wimbledon and Formula 1 to private events, cultural moments and exclusive environments, the page demonstrates the value of relationships and access that members may not be able to arrange independently.
Rather than presenting access as a collection of promises, the experience uses real-world scenarios and immersive storytelling to make the possibilities feel tangible.
Access service Page
Sourcing Requests Page
The Sourcing Requests page turns the concierge proposition into a direct interaction.
Instead of forcing members into predefined categories, the experience gives them space to communicate what they need — whether that means finding a property, arranging travel, sourcing an experience or solving something more specific.
The design keeps the process simple and discreet, reinforcing the idea that the service adapts to the member, rather than the member adapting to the service.
Sourcing Page
Membership Page
The Membership page is where the wider experience comes together.
Rather than focusing solely on a list of benefits, the page communicates what membership actually unlocks — personalised assistance, privileged access and a network built around the individual.
The journey is intentionally considered, moving from the value of the service into a clear invitation to begin a conversation with Le Rambouillet.
Membership Page
Journal Page
The Journal was designed to give the brand a place to explore the world around Le Rambouillet beyond its core services.
Travel, culture, destinations, events and experiences can live here as editorial content, giving prospective members another way to understand the brand while adding depth to the overall digital experience.
The visual approach treats each story as an editorial piece rather than a conventional blog post, keeping the journal aligned with the rest of the site's premium positioning.
Contact Page
The Contact page brings the experience back to a simple human interaction.
Rather than ending with a conventional contact form, the page maintains the sense of discretion established throughout the site and creates a straightforward path for prospective members to make contact.
The experience is deliberately minimal, ensuring that the final step feels personal and effortless rather than transactional.

Outcome

A complete, coherent luxury brand system, 10+ fully built webpages sharing one visual and verbal language, a service catalogue restructured from nine flat items into five deep pillars, and a full editorial hub built collaboratively with a hands-on Framer execution.
The QA passes also caught and resolved over a dozen live content bugs before launch.
