Led product development process company-wide to successfully launch the Supply Buddy consumer and vendor mobile apps.
● Collaborated with the business development and marketing teams to create comprehensive feature lists for each phase of the
product.
● Worked closely with the UI/UX team to conduct research and design wireframes and user experiences for the consumer and
vendor apps as well as the web portal.
● Acted in a technical and managerial capacity, working alongside the software development team to bring wireframes to the
alpha stage.
● Conducted user testing and A/B testing to identify and address any shortcomings or bugs in the product.
● Presented product roadmaps for various launch phases to the executive team, demonstrating the strategic direction of the
product.
● Engaged with investors, effectively communicating the importance and value of the product roadmap and its different stages.
