Overview
As a Senior Frontend / Product Engineer, I worked on Get Talky, an AI appointment scheduling platform for healthcare practices. The goal was to connect a friendly marketing site, multi-device product screens, and brand visuals into one cohesive experience so clinics can automate patient calls, bookings, and reminders while keeping a human feel.
Brand & UI System: Designed and built a reusable design system in Framer and React for landing pages, billboards, social ads, and in-product screens, keeping typography, color, and illustration style consistent across web, mobile, and print.
Web Experience: Developed the main marketing site with Next.js and Tailwind CSS, including hero layouts, feature sections, testimonial sliders, and conversion-focused CTAs for "Get Started" and "Request a Demo".
Multi-device Mockups: Implemented responsive layouts showcased on laptop, phone, and tablet mockups, demonstrating real product flows like missed-call alerts, automated booking, and voice assistant interactions.
Voice Scheduling Flows: Prototyped core product flows where the AI assistant answers calls, collects patient info, and books appointments via Twilio Voice API and backend endpoints.
Performance & SEO: Optimized images, fonts, and animation usage for fast load times and strong lighthouse scores, while structuring content for healthcare SEO keywords.
Hand-off & Documentation: Delivered component guidelines, usage examples, and Figma/Framer specs so future devs and designers can extend the platform easily.
Results & Impact
Created a polished, trustworthy brand presence for an AI-first healthcare product.
Improved demo sign-ups with clearer messaging around "never miss a patient call" and automated scheduling.
Delivered a responsive experience that works equally well as a website, ad creative, and product presentation for clinics and partners.
