1. Template setup & content mapping
Cloned CarelyGo into the client's Webflow workspace, then mapped their real content — mission, programs, stories, team — to each section of the template.
2. Custom page development
Designed and built additional pages the template didn't cover — maintaining visual consistency with CarelyGo's design language throughout.
3. Third-party integrations
Embedded Givebutter donation forms, set up FeedSpring for the Instagram feed, and implemented Plyr.js via custom code embeds for YouTube playback control.
4. Interactions & animations
Applied Webflow interactions — scroll triggers, hover states, entrance animations — to bring the site to life without overwhelming the emotional storytelling.
5. QA & SEO review
Ran a thorough quality check across all pages: responsiveness, content accuracy, broken links, meta titles, descriptions, and Open Graph tags.
6. Domain launch & handoff
Migrated the site to the client's existing domain and Webflow plan, confirmed everything was live, then ran a post-launch review session with the Little Lions team.
