LEAP Human resource AI system

LEAP is a very large and complex Laravel-based system.

There are two types of customers in the system: job seekers and hiring companies and managers. Job seekers' dashboards allow them to give the system very detailed information plus upload a CV which is processed by an AI algorithm that helps the system to rank the seekers to the hiring companies.

Hiring companies have a dashboard to manage their open positions, and run the screening process of chosen candidates. They have the option to pay a monthly subscription to be able to invite candidates to their jobs or let the AI algorithm help them choose the right ones.

Of course, the Laravel system has a super admin dashboard where managers from the LEAP company can manage everything in the system and have independent statistics of the numbers in the system. Manage pages, candidates, and companies.
