Corporate Development and M&A Platform

As a Full Stack Engineer focusing on frontend development at Midaxo, I was part of multiple teams that made their M&A software platform intuitive, efficient, and easy to use. I worked on creating dynamic, interactive dashboards and data visualizations that gave users clear, real-time updates on their deal workflows and projects. I also helped integrating features like AI and strategizing workflows. By integrating 3rd party tools, I ensured users had seamless access to the analytics they needed, all while working to centralize their workflows and documents into one secure, user-friendly platform.

On top of that, I worked with the team to bring AI-driven features and automation into the platform, like automated diligence reviews and deal scoring, which made the complex parts of M&A work a lot smoother. I focused on building a responsive frontend that performed well and adapted seamlessly to different devices, including the Midaxo mobile app, so users could stay productive from anywhere. My contributions helped make Midaxo’s platform not only functional but a tool that teams genuinely enjoyed using, whether they were streamlining deal pipelines or crafting board presentations.
