Spearheaded the development and deployment of a standardized PPM (Project & Portfolio Management) application at JnJ, fostering cross-functional collaboration and enhancing visibility across segments, sectors, and functions.
Key responsibilities included designing, building, and implementing the PPM tool, which encompassed idea intake, project initiation, real-time tracking, and generation of visualized reports.
Built out automated workflows to seamlessly integrate external data sources, streamlining the process of triaging, evaluating, and prioritizing new ideas and projects.
This involved collaborating with PMOs and Strategic leads to make informed decisions on feasibility, viability, budget approval, and overall project direction.
