Client portal and carrier claim

Client portal and carrier claim automation for a fulfilment centre. Built a client portal where each of a 3PL's clients sees their live shipped orders and raises parcel claims in one click. Claims are sent to the right carrier automatically (email or carrier website, evidence attached), replies return to the client's thread, and AI reads each one. Removed manual email handling between clients, support and carriers.
