The Victoria Freehouse

This project was a multi-page static site rebuild for a local Philadelphia British Pub..

The goal of this site build was a full refresh of the previous site. The Victoria Freehouse's previous site was not mobile-friendly and during the pandemic, the pub moved from paper menus to virtual menus. The pub relies on patrons to scan a QR code that navigates to their webpage and opens the menu. Throughout the build process, I was faced with many challenges. After rebuilding the site I learned that the previous site was hosted on Weebly. Weebly's platform does not allow for the uploading of full custom code. I provided the client with a solution of transferring the site's domain to a new provider and hosting the site using Netlify instead of Weebly.
