Mochi Health is a telehealth company that provides patients with access to a wide range of medical services, including primary care, mental health care, and specialty care. The company has a growing patient base, and as a result, the number of subscription and billing inquiries has also increased. This has put a strain on the company's customer support team, as they are now spending a significant time answering questions about subscriptions and billing.

The scope of the Mochi Health Billing Page design involves creating a system for patients to manage subscription and payment details, insurance, and pharmacy preferences. Similarly, care-coordinators need tools for resolving billing inquiries and managing patient details, while providers require access to patient information and pharmacy updates. To realize this, integration with tools like Chargebee, Stripe, Dosespot, and Plaid is mandated. The design of CRM software for tracking patient inquiries is outside of this project's scope.

In the existing Mochi Health system, users face issues managing their subscription plans and selecting pharmacies, leading to user dissatisfaction. Additionally, care coordinators and providers struggle with a complex process for managing patient data, hampering efficient healthcare delivery.

The proposed solution is a user-friendly system allowing users to manage subscriptions, edit insurance details, and securely store card information for ease of transactions. Moreover, it also offers a feature to download invoices for better tracking of healthcare expenditures. This comprehensive solution is designed to elevate user experience and streamline healthcare service management.
