BracketOne is a mobile basketball tournament application designed to help players, organizers, and fans access tournament information through a simple Android experience.
I built the complete application from the ground up, turning the client’s concept into a functional Android product using React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, Expo, and Anything. My work covered the mobile UI, navigation, application logic, data flows, tournament functionality, testing, debugging, and production preparation.
I also stabilized the app by diagnosing and resolving critical React Native startup failures, AppRegistry errors, dependency conflicts, and the white-screen issue affecting the Android release. I reviewed the application architecture and build configuration to ensure it worked reliably outside the development environment.
For deployment, I managed the Expo/EAS and Google Play workflow, including Android package configuration, version management, release testing, signed AAB generation, internal testing, and Google Play submission. The final result was a complete, stable, and release-ready basketball tournament app with a dependable Android publishing workflow.
