Business Coaching Website

This is a conceptual project for a Business coach that needs a website able to introduce itself as trusting and communicate its unique approach to coaching. The concept was to design a space where visitors will feel welcome and free to discuss their goals and find tailored solutions, be it guidance through personal or business growth, or navigating challenges like work-related anxiety or career transitions.

To empathise with the various kinds of clients, I have developed target audience personas based on interviews that were carried out with participants from the business coaching group which I belong. Target Audience: Individuals looking for guidance and support in achieving personal and business growth and well-being. People looking for help with specific challenges such as communication, public speaking, work relationship issues, or career transitions. Clients who value a personalised and holistic approach to coaching. I’ve also created a simplified journey map with metrics that can be tracked at different points.

Strategic Website Mapping: I started by creating a website map, ensuring every page had its place, so visitors could find the information they needed. This also would boost the site’s visibility on search engines, making it easier for potential clients to discover the business when searching for communication coaching services.

User-Centered Wireframes: Next, I developed wireframes for key pages like the homepage, service descriptions, booking system, and contact section. Clear and Persuasive Content: I organized critical content—highlighting the coaching services, the people they help, and the specific challenges they address. I also made sure to include elements that build trust, like client testimonials all laid out to guide users to the information they need.

Understanding that visuals play a critical role in establishing trust and creating a positive user experience, I’ve opted for a colour palette of warm greens and beiges. Green evokes feelings of growth and renewal, while beige creates a sense of calmness and comfort.

I’ve focused on imagery that inspired peace and tranquillity, utilizing nature scenes and symbolic elements. For instance, sculptures of philosophers symbolized the pursuit of wisdom and self-discovery, while staircases represented the journey of personal growth.

The site should trigger feelings of warmth, reassurance and hope. The visitor should feel listened to and encouraged to discover the potential of coaching for personal growth. There are easy-to-use pages that describe coaching services, and the site is set up to make booking arrangements – either one-off appointments or subscriptions for group coaching – as simple and hassle-free as possible.
