Vegans asked, we delivered! The new ‘Veganista’ Burger. Made of (camote) sweet potato, purple onions, sweet corn, red peppers and spices, dipped in soy milk batter, bread crumbs and lightly fried for a crisp outer crust. Topped with vegan chili aoli slaw. .
