H2Desk is a help-desk application.

At the time we worked together, they had a SaaS web app that served their existing customers well. However, the app was unusable on mobile devices. In addition, a lot of the UI widgets and elements were archaic and required modernization.

We had to resort to using a unique mobile retrofit methodology powered by restive.js; our open-source responsive design toolkit. We also had to redesign and redeploy a new UI. And we had to do this without touching the backend in any way.

All tolled, we gave H2Desk a mobile-friendly face and saved the company from spending tens of thousands building new native [ iOS, Android, etc. ] apps.
