From February to November 2019 I was a Conversational Designer & UX Writer at Talkpush. They’re a SaaS company that has built a recruitment CRM powered by AI Assistants.
As the sole Conversational Designer in the Americas, I designed the workflows and wrote the scripts for the intelligent assistants of companies like Walmart, Teleperformance, Manpower, and Alorica. Thousands of people talk to these assistants each day in Messenger, WhatsApp, or company websites, and hundreds of people have found new jobs thanks to them.
As an example, here’s a fairly simple bot I designed for Alorica: https://www.alorica.com/careers/jamaica/
It’s supposed to help the user apply for a job and answer any basic questions related to their job search. This is the Jamaican version but I made others localized for Mexico, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines.
While at Talkpush, I also did some writing and translating (EN to ES) for the CRM and the company website. During my time there, I grew increasingly interested in UX writing, so I tried to embark on projects like those when possible.
