The HRMS tool is a comprehensive Human Resource Management System designed to streamline various HR processes. It features a dashboard overview that summarizes ticket action items, active claims, pending tasks, active subscriptions, leaves, team analytics, and upcoming holidays. The tool includes robust leave management to track various leave types with status updates, and claims management for handling non-recurring and recurring claims, including third-party bills with verification options. It also tracks active subscriptions, lists and filters user-assigned tasks, and manages tickets with search and creation functionalities. Additionally, the calendar organizes team leaves and holidays, while the feedback module facilitates feedback and suggestions. User preferences, passwords, and notifications are managed through the settings.
