IVS App Feature Walkthrough Design

IVS had a clear problem: users didn't understand how to complete the app's photo upload process, and the confusion was costing them at exactly the wrong moment, right when a user was trying to get value out of the product.

The brief was a feature walkthrough that left no room for guesswork. I built a 110-second step-by-step sequence using kinetic typography, AI-generated portraits, 3D mock devices, and a rhythm-heavy sound design layer that keeps a potentially dry how-to feeling energetic and easy to follow. Each step is visually isolated and paced so a first-time user can follow along in real time.

This is bottom-of-funnel, activation work. The job isn't to impress, it's to remove friction at the exact point where users were dropping off. Clear product, clear steps, no confusion.
