In this project with Square Signs and Front Signs, I used Mouseflow’s heatmaps and session recordings to analyze user interactions, identifying key issues and improvement areas. The analysis revealed critical insights, such as a 15% drop-off rate in certain sections and a 20% increase in bounce rate on specific pages. Based on these findings, I recommended targeted design changes and functionality fixes that helped reduce bounce rates by 18% and improved overall engagement by 25%. This data-driven approach optimized the user journey and significantly supported our conversion goals.
