Echoes of Burnout
Given the current state of the world, even everyday activities can feel overwhelming. This video is part of an initiative aimed at supporting mental well-being by offering guidance on self-care and empowering individuals to assist others, rather than feeling helpless.
In times of war, the pain doesn’t stay at the front lines — it echoes through families, communities, and across borders. This project is a space of compassion for those living through the devastation in the Middle East, and for those watching helplessly from afar, hearts heavy with grief. We speak to the burnout that comes from deep caring — the exhaustion of surviving, of witnessing, of trying to help when the world feels like it's unraveling. Through voices, reflection, and quiet support, this video holds space for sorrow, for strength, and for the shared humanity that connects us all. For those hurting, and those holding others in their hurt — this is for you.
