Suzuki is a well-known automotive brand, being very appreciated especially in the US and European markets for their friendly pricing and great value.
I took over Suzuki's Social Media presence in the Romanian market in 2018, and I managed to increase the brand's Share of Voice from 4% to 5.5%. How?
We created a monthly User Generated Content campaign to obtain a strong relationship with the Suzuki car owners and get them involved in the brand's activation. So, we started creating new Content Pillars and we inserted them in our Content Strategy.
Started with encouraging Suzuki cars owners to post their pictures in the comment section of our posts.
We've shared great moments and pictures from our community from their travels with Suzuki, selecting the pictures posted in the comment section of our posts.
We also tried to make the brand more friendly and open the brand's universe to SUZUKI fans.
We drew new pictures of Suzuki Cars, designing the brand's universe in the most engaging way and started to communicate with B2B prospects.
We also started to make contextual posts, celebrating social events and international days.
To lean more into the brand's universe, we started to talk more about SUZUKI's great and long history, highlighted by technological evolution and the role of SUZUKI in the development of the AUTO Industry.
We managed to increase the share of voice of the brand from 4.0% to 5.5% in March 2019.
