Re-mix of "The Transit of Venus Across the Sun" by Big Big Train

"The Transit of Venus Across the Sun" is a progressive rock song by the british band Big Big Train and in this project I worked on a complete re-mix of it. The song is almost 8 minutes long and its musical style can be described as a mix of progressive, folk and symphonic rock elements. It also features intricate, melodic vocal harmonies and a rich instrumental palette, making it a true mixing challenge. In addition, the multitracks used for the mix come from a live session, which represented an exhaustive cleanup and quantization job.
