QA CASE STUDY — BEQSON CALCULATOR 3.0 Independent internal studio project; not a paid client engagement.
THE PRODUCT A trilingual (English, Russian, Georgian) quote configurator with service-specific options, website budget ranges, RUB/GEL/USD presentation, printable/copyable briefs, and CRM lead intake. Live product: https://beqson.com/en/calculator/
TEST STRATEGY & DOCUMENTED COVERAGE • Pricing regression: a browser test compares 8,192 website-option combinations per language against baseline hashes (24,576 combinations across three languages). • CRM form flow: 15 synthetic, mocked submissions across five service families and three languages, plus validation and simulated server-error/retry cases. No external leads are sent. • Responsive behavior: test cases for 320, 390, 768 and 1440 px layouts in English, Russian and Georgian. • Usability/accessibility basics: keyboard interactions, focus behavior, accessible labels, category switching and retained selections. • Privacy and defensive UX: brief exports exclude personal contact details; escaped user input, clipboard fallback and print mode are exercised.
THE HANDOFF A reusable seven-test browser regression suite and clear test matrix covering calculations, forms, localization, responsive behavior and error paths. The code-reviewed coverage shown here describes the defined tests; it does not assert that every check was rerun in this portfolio update or that the product has zero defects.
