ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Memo is an Australian-owned business that focuses on baby and parenting products. The Memo has a range of baby & parenthood products as well as complimentary services designed to help new parents navigate through all the challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES

I worked with The Memo while being a part of the Performance Marketing Agency Impressive. My responsibilities included media channel management, media spend management and allocation, creatives analysis, paid media channel strategy and implementation, data analysis and reports, client-facing meetings, and internal brainstorming sessions.

TOOLS

Paid Social Media Advertising: Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok.
SEM Advertising: Google, Microsoft.
Other: Google Studio Dashboard, Slack, Trello, Asana, Hourstack, Google Suite.

RESULTS

+25% increase in conversion value through paid search quarterly
+6% increase in new customers acquired quarterly
