eCommerce-ERP Order Flow Monitoring Dashboard

Monitoring layer from my eCommerce-ERP integration toolkit (spec work, own tooling): a watchdog that exposes Prometheus metrics for the order flow between store and ERP, with a generated Grafana dashboard and alert thresholds proposed from real traffic patterns.

The goal is simple: when the ERP goes down or an order fails to sync, you see it on a dashboard and get an alert, instead of discovering it from an angry customer. Built to sit next to existing integrations without replacing them.
