'Purple Heart' is a crime thriller short film directed by Birmingham based director Gurveer Singh. I was hired to come on board the project as a video editor. In addition, I took the initiative to come up with a concept poster where I pitched the idea of a heart in purple colour dripping down blood along with the knife in the photo. The director loved the idea and was very happy with the final result of the short film poster. 'Purple Heart' has wrapped up filming and is currently in the post production stages. We expect the film to release around Summer / Autumn 2024.
