The tourists don't seem to know about this place because they don't really venture past 34th street. This is truly a hidden gem on the corner of Pacific and 40th and it is my favorite bar in this area. They serve tapas, three to four bite snacks, that punch you in the face with flavor. Their chalkboard menu changes daily, while there regular menu changes tri-monthly. I've never walked into this place and got the same thing twice. Some people might not like it, but I love it, because I am never, ever disappointed. The drink I had is the mango lassi, sweet and strong, and every drink I've had had been amazing. I dont remember the name of the tapa, but it had shrimp, and clams on housemade toast with this flavorful red sauce with a bit of spice. The bartender asked of I wanted to lick the plate. I refrained. The staff is very friendly, and get to know their regulars and what they like. Obviously everyone in this establishment, from the cooks, to the bartenders, to the wait staff, to the people who clean the toilets, care about their craft. They are artists in every form of the word and if you haven't gone to Pacifica yet, tomorrow is not promised so you may wanna hop on that!!! ♡♡♡♡♡ five hearts!!!! #pacifica #foodblog #cheflife #delish #757eats
