Our client operated a large-scale 3D printer farm consisting of hundreds of printers, each with varying nozzle sizes, color materials, and other technical properties. Manual scheduling, order tracking, and printer management had become a major bottleneck—causing delays, resource wastage, and operational inefficiencies.
We were brought in to design and build a complete automation system that would streamline operations, integrate with their ERP, and make the entire printing process intelligent, scalable, and almost hands-free.
