ChatFlow is a modern, full-featured mobile chat application designed with a production-ready UI/UX system and developer-first handoff. The project focuses on building a scalable and visually consistent chat experience covering real-world messaging use cases such as 1:1 chats, group chats, media sharing, voice messages, calls UI, and robust settings and profile management.

The application was partially implemented and then fully completed with a structured design system, micro-interactions, accessibility standards, and Flutter-friendly layout guidance to ensure smooth engineering implementation.
