Monitor and report on content and social campaign performance, continually enhancing strategies to increase Daily Active Users (DAU) within the app.
Working closely with Business Development to respond to users' comments and direct messages across all platforms, fostering an interactive and supportive MoonFit community.
Create visually appealing graphic designs and edit short social videos for enriching articles and improving in-app UX/UI.
Collaborate with event organizers, devising creative POSM products for blockchain events of up to 300 - 500 attendees.
Achievements:
Grow social media presence with 20,000+ organic Twitter followers with a monthly reach of +150,000 impressions, 2,000 Telegram users, and 2,500 Instagram followers within four months of app launch.
Provide round-the-clock user support in collaboration with the Business Development team.
Contribute to the rapid sale of 500 NFTs in under 30 minutes and 1,500 NFTs in 2 days. This success garnered support from the Moonbeam Ecosystem, setting us apart in the field.
Consistently meet personal project OKRs with an average score of 90% over four consecutive months.
