In my role, I had the opportunity to manage various critical functions within our organization. Firstly, I oversaw translation and voice-over tasks, making sure our website, email communications, and social media content were all accurately translated. I also supervised voice-over and subtitle translations to ensure they met our high-quality standards. On top of that, I played a pivotal role in managing product launches, and meticulously planning and executing launches to ensure our course platform, website, emails, and course materials were properly translated and ready for market entry.

Furthermore, I took the lead in managing our Spanish social media presence, successfully launching and running social media channels for younity. I also built and nurtured relationships with affiliates and influencers, which contributed to organic growth and engagement. I also provided valuable insights into content localization to ensure our brand message effectively resonated in the Spanish-speaking market.

Quality control was another crucial part of my role. I reviewed and ensured the quality of our marketing materials, including Facebook Ad copy, social media content, graphics, website elements, and email communications.

I also delved into the analytical side of things by generating essential reports and insights. I produced weekly country performance reports, social media insights reports, and project-end reports. While these reports were template-based, they played a significant role in our decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Last but not least, I demonstrated strong team management skills by building and overseeing a dedicated team comprising translators, voice-over talent, and customer support freelancers, all focused on serving the Spanish market. My contributions in this multifaceted role were pivotal in expanding our presence and ensuring the effectiveness of our brand in the Spanish-speaking market.
