Event Preparation & Digital Platform Setup: I streamlined the sales process by setting up digital platforms, including a sales funnel, and ensuring a cohesive brand presentation through visual design. Tools included Google Forms, Calendly scheduling, QR codes, and Linktr.ee.

Brand Exposure & Partnerships: To increase visibility, I facilitated brand collaborations and partnerships, handling both paid and non-paid opportunities, including earned media, influencer collaborations, PR outreach, and podcast placements.

Email Campaigns & Communication: I developed and launched a targeted email campaign via Mailchimp, executing 15 campaigns to an audience of 625. I also managed pre- and post-event email series, monitored the event inbox, responded to inquiries, and tracked event registrations.

Audience Engagement & Customer Support: I provided responsive, caring support to ensure participants felt comfortable and valued, aligning with Akaya Retreats' brand voice and values.

Post-Event Analysis & Content Management: I gathered and analyzed post-event data to identify successes and areas for improvement, while also uploading event footage to Akaya’s YouTube channel.

Through these efforts, I contributed to an enhanced participant experience, effective audience nurturing, and valuable insights for future retreats.
