Marby: A Real Estate Website System in Framer

Marby is our free Framer template for boutique real estate businesses. It grew out of experience building a property website for Ultimate Real Estate AG. We applied that experience to an original demonstration brand with reusable listings, property detail pages, and editorial content.

Large photography gives each property room, while a light interface keeps the information legible. Visitors can browse listings, inspect room galleries, read the specifications, and move toward an inquiry.

Behind those pages, the Properties collection holds the content for each listing. Articles has its own collection for the blog. The structure allows an owner to add properties without designing a new page for each one.

We established the type scale and photography-led direction in Figma, then finished the responsive layouts and motion in Framer. External AI agents helped build sections and the CMS structure, with the studio directing and checking the work.

The Figma file includes a separate board for the property popup and image overview. It shows the gallery states side by side, making this a stronger process image than another homepage screenshot. The archive also preserves alternative footer and article layouts.

The motion system includes scroll reveals, pinned property sequences, image galleries, and animated listing filters. The published case study also documents the SEO work: page titles and descriptions, heading structure, image descriptions, and structured data for properties and articles.

Marby shipped with nine pages, two CMS collections, listing filters, property galleries, a blog, and a contact form. The listings and business details shown in the template belong to a fictional demonstration brokerage.

The Articles collection extends the design into a property journal.
