The Challenge

Tykr operates a multi-platform global SaaS with complex user touchpoints (marketing site, web app, mobile app, and third-party payment gateways). Attribution was broken, event tracking was misfiring, and marketing spend could not be reliably attributed back to paid subscriptions.

Strategy & Execution

Server-Side & Client-Side Tracking Audit: Audited every tracking script, data layer event, and webhook across web app domains and marketing funnels.
Unified GA4 & CAPI Setup: Implemented Google Tag Manager server-side containers and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) with deduplicated browser/server event matching.
Executive Attribution Dashboard: Delivered streamlined reporting giving the founder exact clarity on customer journey velocity and channel CAC.

The Outcome & Metrics

Zero Tracking Discrepancy: Eliminated tracking black holes and data leakage across user onboarding.
Signal Fidelity: Enabled Google and Meta bidding algorithms to receive 100% verified subscription conversion events.

Client Testimonial

"Ryan from Traffic Salad has been a BIG help with setting up our analytics for our global SaaS platform. We have multiple platforms that all work together and we needed someone with the technical acumen to bring clarity out of confusion. Thanks Ryan!" — Sean Tepper, Founder & CEO at Tykr
