The client goal was to obtain 10,000 signed people on the waiting list. Through content creation on Instagram and the talks we achieved to do it in 5 months.

Timeline: How long did the project take? Budget: These events did not cost money to the client. Exceptionally when we collaborate with hosts and some of them charged around €250 per talk.

The average of attendees vary according to the platform. On Zoom was around 40 people per talk and 100 people when we hosted on Instagram Live.

Deliverables: • Manage the event on Eventbrite and create all the email journeys to ensure a good experience. • Content creation to share on social media. • Metrics and Data that allow the client to see the progress.
