SWITCH was developed through a consultative approach, working closely with key stakeholders from OPUS, including directors, the head of operations, and the events team. Video updates were sent every two days, accompanied by a link to test the product. By merging technology with a strong sense of community, SWITCH fosters innovation and accelerates business growth.
Outcome
The MVP of SWITCH by OPUS was successfully relaunched in just three weeks, with the mobile app and additional major features delivered within eight weeks. Since then, SWITCH has undergone continuous updates based on user feedback. Thousands of entrepreneurs have utilised the platform to network, collaborate, and drive start-up growth.
