DCDG Logo Design

Recently, Darrell Chipp, the reigning 50+ champion of Canadian Disc Golf, reached out to me. He expressed a desire for me to create a logo that would represent his prominent influence in the sport. The logo's versatility was key, as he intended to feature it on discs, apparel, and various accessories.

I take immense pride in the final design - prominently featuring "DCDG" in a bold font, while ingeniously utilizing negative space to narrate the essence of disc golf itself. The artwork portrays a player in action, captured within the contours of the first 'D,' launching a disc toward a basket, cleverly carved into the second 'D.'
