As part of this project, Telkoware team not only revamped the current website (https://nwtpublicutilitiesboard.ca/), but also integrated it with an efficient Document Management System (DMS) to streamline and automate the current manual processes. In the back-end portal, board secretary can create a new application and setup login access for the applicant to upload application and relevant documents. Board secretary also has the ability to setup mailing list for all concerned parties and setup login credentials for the intervener to upload relevant documents. Automatic email notifications are sent to everyone on mailing list, board secretary and applicant, every time a new document is uploaded to the application.

All uploaded documents are automatically labelled and indexed, for faster searching and sorting. There is also a public website (https://nwtpublicutilitiesboard.ca/) for the general public to view and download all existing content and all open applications and archived applications.
